FREE workshops for volunteers and staff working in hospitality and tourism. In partnership with Welcome To Excellence we will be providing some free training workshops to introduce essential customer service and customer care skills, for the tourism and hospitality sector. The half-day workshops will cover need-to-know skills such as building good relationships with customers, handling difficult situations and improving confidence with face-to-face interactions.
