#Marshmyths, following a question about the possibility of ships’ mooring rings at St Nicholas Church, New Romney, our dedicated Marsh fact checking team swung into action. We could not find any evidence for mooring rings at the Church (there may be some confusion over the presence of an Anchorite cell at the church and local knowledge of animal tether rings in the graveyard wall), but this lead us on to wonder what other #marshmyths you may have heard or wondered about?
